Our made-to-order charcoal is created from seasoned hardwood in a Pressvess retort. This creates charcoal of a much better quality with a higher temperature than others. It's light, clean and burns very hot with practically no smoke or ash.
Because of its high carbon content, charcoal has more potential energy than raw wood which means it can provide a cooking heat that burns hotter, more steadily, and cleaner than dried wood.
