All of our compost for sale is peat free and produced to PAS100 quality standards guaranteeing an excellent nutrient and mineral supply with a minimum of weed seeds.
Bulk bags of compost are available at £99 including free local delivery. One bulk bag will cover approximately 9m2 to 100mm depth. Our bulk bags measure 70cm x 70cm x 70cm, which is about 360 litres and is perfect as garden compost. Loose loads of compost are approximately 20 tonnes in weight and are also available on request.
All our garden compost is graded to a particle size of 10mm. It is light and easy to work with, excellent for moisture retention, mulching beds and improving soil structure. It can also be used as a top dressing on aerated lawns. Please note that it is not suitable for ericaceous plants such as azaleas or rhododendrons.
