Firewood logs and stove wood are the perfect way to authentically bake your own pizza. Each batch of our kiln-dried and seasoned hardwood logs is dried to around 15% moisture level. This means you can get a clean and slow burn, perfect for cooking in an oven. This means they are perfect logs for pizza ovens.
Once the wood is dried, we're ready to check, bag-up and deliver the wood directly to you (and your pizza oven).
We supply different varieties of firewood depending on the season and what we have available. Our firewood for pizza ovens tend to be oak, but this can vary. It's important to have a clean and hot flame when baking, so that's why we carefully select hardwood and firewood for you, and re-use what isn't worth selling in our own kilns to dry the wood, which produces kiln-dried firewood!
